Thank you for shopping small with Buoy Greetings! I hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 days of from the day you received your order by emailing buoygreetings@gmail.com. For approved returns, you will receive a full or partial refund, exchange, or store credit depending on your original payment method and the condition of the returned item(s). Return requests can be made for any reason, however, I am not able to offer returns for sale, clearance, or custom-made items.

You’re eligible for a return if your item is unused and in the same condition as you’ve received it, with the original tags, labels, and packaging. In some cases, you may need to verify proof of purchase via receipt, invoice, and/or order number.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your purchase to my mailing address (available on the shipping label of your received purchase). I recommend shipping via traceable carrier and to keep proof of the shipment. Return shipments must be postmarked within 30 days from the day you received your order.

I’ll contact you via email once I have received your returned purchase and I will then let you know if your return is approved or rejected. If your return is approved, I will send a replacement item or issue a refund to the original method of payment (depending on whether you’ve requested a refund or exchange). However, I only offer store credit for original payments made via cash or check.

Items that arrive to you damaged during shipping may qualify for free replacement with photographs of the damaged item(s) and shipping box.

Order Estimates and Invoices

I create Estimates for customized items and/or quantities that are not readily available in my product catalog. Estimates are created based on your specific requests including but not limited to: design decisions, customization, state/county taxes, wholesale discounts, mailing address, and shipping options.

Your Estimate arrives digitally via email where you can review it and negotiate the details with me. I won’t start on your order and you won’t be obligated to continue the purchase of your order until you accept the Estimate verbally, via email, or within the Estimate itself (hosted by Square).

By accepting an Estimate, you agree to pay for and accept the item(s) described in the Estimate including taxes, fees, shipping, and service charges. When an Estimate is accepted it is converted into an Invoice. Typically, the Invoice payment is typically due within 30 days and items ship within 6-8 weeks of the Estimate being converted into an Invoice (unless negotiated/stated otherwise). Payments must be made in full before the items can be shipped.
